Digital Products

All items sold on this website are digital products delivered electronically. Because these products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, viewed, or accessed immediately after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed.

When Refunds May Be Considered

We may offer a refund or replacement in the following situations: the file you received is corrupted or does not work as described, you were charged more than once for the same order by mistake, or you received a product that is significantly different from what was advertised.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting us with your order number and a description of the issue.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@glexmedia.in with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review each request individually and respond within 2-3 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after a file has been downloaded, incompatibility with software or devices that was clearly mentioned in the product description, or misuse of the product.
