What does Glex Media sell?

Glex Media is a digital products store. We offer ready-to-use templates, online courses, reels bundles, social media toolkits, software, ebooks, and AI tools for creators and businesses.

How do I get my files after purchase?

All our products are delivered digitally. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll get an instant download link on the order confirmation page and by email. You can also download your files anytime from My Account > Downloads.

Do I need an account to buy or download?

You can check out as a guest, but creating a free account lets you re-download your files anytime, track your orders, and get faster support.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. A digital invoice/receipt is automatically emailed to you after every purchase, and you can also download it anytime from My Account > Orders.

How can I cancel my order?

Since our products are digital, orders are processed instantly and cannot be cancelled once the download link has been generated. If you haven’t accessed your files yet, contact support@glexmedia.in immediately and we’ll help where possible.

How do I check my order status?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is successful. You can also log in to My Account > Orders to view the status and download links for all your purchases.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets through a secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.

Are refunds available on digital products?

Yes, in select cases such as duplicate payments, corrupted files, or a product not matching its description. Digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
